CREDIT POLICY FOR INVALID LEADS
Providing you with valid consumer information is our goal. For this reason,
we employ an automated quality control filter to intercept defective leads
before they are distributed. Nevertheless, bogus names, phone numbers and
e-mail addresses cannot always be detected in advance. If you find that an
invalid lead has been delivered to you, simply log in at Lead.Net and
request credit online. You must request credit within two (2) weeks of
receiving the lead. Subject to our verification of the defect, a credit will
appear on your next billing statement. Leads that meet any of the following
criteria will be considered invalid:
- Phone numbers are invalid
- "John Doe" or "no such person"
- Prank or school project
