How do I sign-up?
By going to www.lead.net and clicking "sign up" at the bottom of the page. Depending on lead availability, you can start requesting leads by completing the sign up page.

What is ClientMakerTM?
ClientMaker is a fully automated client relationship management (CRM) system that acts as your personal marketing assistant by sending e-mail and physical greeting cards to nurture client relationships until they close. Click here for more information.

Are the leads exclusive?
Yes, we guarantee that no other agent or broker on our network will receive the same leads we send to you.  Semi-exclusive leads can go to up to four agents / brokers.

How do I request credit?
Log in to your account and point to MY LEADS from the menu at left and select View Lead History. Scroll down until you find the lead in question and click "request credit." Please provide a reason for the request. NOTE: Credit requests must be submitted within two (2) weeks of the lead assignment date.

What is the cost of leads?
Exclusive life insurance leads are $25.00 (US) each. Mortgage leads are priced based on the size of the requested loan.  (Mortgage lead price sheet.)  Some lead categories are priced differently depending on market conditions. Open leads claimed as self-serve are priced substantially lower than automatically assigned leads.

Are there any other lead fees?
There is a one-time fee of $50.00 which covers our administrative set up costs. This fee is ONLY refundable if you cancel within 30 days of initial set up.

How does Lead.Net generate leads?
Consumers find our insurance and mortgage Web sites (see box at left) through affiliates, banner ads and search engines. They submit their information with the understanding that an agent will contact them. Each lead is assigned according to telephone area code.

How will the leads be delivered to me?
We deliver fresh leads instantly via text e-mail. You can also log in at Lead.Net and go to MY LEADS | View Lead History.

Why am I not receiving any leads?
Assuming you have completed the setup process and your account is active, one of the following reasons may explain why you are not receiving leads: (1) you have not requested enough telephone area codes; or (2) you are requesting a type of lead (e.g., LTC or Annuity) that does not occur in your area very often.

How long has the company been in business?
The parent company, IdentityWEB, Inc., was established in 1996. Our first consumer Web site, LifeInsurance.net, started delivering leads to agents in the U.S. and Canada in 1997. Lead.Net was introduced in 1999 as a full-service lead generation system. Lead.Net has since evolved to become a nationally licensed General Agency. We offer some of the most competitive carriers and highest compensation in the marketplace today.

Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
You must agree to our Terms of Service before you can start receiving leads. You can cancel by e-mailing us at cancellation@lead.net. You do not have to be appointed with our carriers to receive leads, but priority consideration goes to agents who submit new business to us.

How can I change my credit card information?
It's easy. Just call (310) 246-5199 or (866) 532-3638.

Can I "turn off" or suspend leads for a while?
Yes. We call it "going on vacation." Log in at Lead.Net, point to MY LEADS and select Go On/Off Vacation. Finally click the button to go on or off vacation.

I recently changed my email, but I am not receiving any leads!
In order to be sure that leads are delivered to the correct e-mail address, we send an "activation code" to your new e-mail address to verify the change. Log into your account and enter this code on the prompt page. This should activate your account, and you will once again start receiving leads.
